This website is a bit like a wine tasting - it grows on you. The current focus is represented on the Home page. We do however expect that as you the winemaker or wholesaler contribute your thoughts it will offer much more.

Why AustralianWines. The Australian Wine Industry is going through considerable pain. Recently the media reported impacts at the vineyard level and very soon we will see significant changes to the way business is done at the retail outlets. Australia's wines are likely to take on a new look literally.

The wine industry, in its widest sense, is going to have to rethink the way it does business and we would like to think we can help those who have provided us with an opportunity to taste and then go on to regularly access their "brands". We actually enjoy the individuality offered by the small winery. Without those who wish to turn out and be recognised for a good drop where would we be?
